Repeat Prescriptions

To request a repeat prescription, you can -

  • Use our on-line service - this lets you see any repeat medication you have, and click to choose those you want to reorder - sending the request to us in a way which can quickly and easily be printed out. If you haven't used our on-line service before - you will need to pop into the surgery with some identification to complete a short registration form - and we will set up the service for you there and then.

  • Fill out the repeat prescription slip attached to your last prescription and post or hand it into the surgery.

  • Call the practice on 01224 846696 and leave a message on our dedicated prescription line.

Collecting from the Practice - please allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription from the surgery.

Collecting from a Pharmacy - some pharmacies will collect your prescription from us so that you simply go to them to collect your medication. please ask your local pharmacy if this is something that they do - then just let us know that you would like this to happen. Please allow 4 working days to collect your prescription from the pharmacy.

Posting your prescription - if you would like us to post your prescription back to you, please just give us a supply of self addressed envelopes. You should allow 1 week for your prescription to be received
